Program Detail​s

Important Notice: Programs may be cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. Participants that have registered will be contacted if the program is cancelled.​

  • Please refer to each program description for age group specifications.
  • Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the program start time in order to check-in and complete an individual warm-up to help avoid injury.

Equipment:

  • Participants are encouraged to bring a towel, mat, and water.
  • Comfortable workout attire and athletic footwear is recommended. ​
  • Please dress according to the weather.​

How to Register

  • Register online​ using an existing or new City of Brampton Recreation registration account.
  • View a step-by-step guide on how to set-up a new account or register for a program​.
