However, if the facility has a designated viewing area, spectators may watch from there. For safety reasons, children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is at least 14 years old. During registered programs, children under 10 do not need to be accompanied in the program itself (unless stated otherwise), but their parent or guardian must stay in the building—except for programs longer than two consecutive hours.View program admission standards and supervision requirements.Where can I find information on ActiveAssist and available subsidies?The City of Brampton offers subsidies and support for qualifying participants. Visit our subsidies and support page or Active Assist FAQ for more information.Do I need to bring my own equipment?Nets will be available for all registered and drop-in programs. Registered program participants will be provided with sport-specific equipment. While equipment may be available for drop-in programs, participants are encouraged to bring their own.Please note that certain sports require safety equipment that meets industry standards.
