Community Gatherings

If you are planning an outdoor event for under 500 people, or indoor event at a municipal recreation centre contact 905-874-BOOK or online​​ to reserve a space in one of our many facilities.

Community Special Events

If you are planning an outdoor event for over 500 people, 120 days notice in advance of the special event is mandatory. Find out how we can help.

Please be advised that outdoor event spaces and guidelines are currently under review and therefore no 2025 requests will be processed at this time. Requests submitted will be reviewed in order of received once the bookings for 2025 commence.

Garden Square Events

Festivals are selected annually through a competitive application process. Garden Square Festival Applications will be assessed by an Evaluation Panel comprised of City of Brampton staff and community stakeholders with subject matter expertise.
