As cities like Brampton navigate unlocking more housing, simply building more isn’t enough — growth needs to be shaped by thoughtful planning and strong urban design that can enhance livability and long-term sustainability.
Thoughtful density, when planned with intention, can create high-quality, well-connected spaces that provide diverse housing options and cultivate vibrant neighborhoods, seamlessly integrating green spaces, public amenities, and resilient infrastructure. Urban design plays a key role in driving future development to be not only adaptable and resilient but also purposeful, ensuring growth is intentional and sustainable for generations to come.
