To apply online for a Compliance Letter,
click here to log in to the Building Portal.
Be sure to select
Compliance Information Request from the Application Type drop-down.
Once the compliance application has been accepted, an email notification will be sent to the customer with instructions to make payment on the portal.
Responses will be visible on the portal as they are approved by each department. Service level response times vary for each matter.
