Tickets

If you receive a ticket, there are three options available. These options are detailed on the ticket.

Administrative Penalty System (APS)

The Administrative Penalty System (APS) is a faster and more flexible process for payment, appeal and collection of penalties.

If you have received a Penalty Notice you can either pay it or request a screening review. If you disagree with the Screening Officer's decision, you have up to 15 days after the decision to appeal to a Hearing Review Meeting. The Hearing Officer's decision, following the Hearing Review meeting, is final.
