​The City has commenced preparations for distribution of the 2025 interim tax bills. Interim taxes are based upon 50 per cent of your previous year’s taxes adjusted for any cancellation or supplementary taxes. As in past years the interim billing will be payable in three instalments. The due dates approved by the Council are: February 19, March 19 and April 23. Properties enrolled in the monthly Pre-authorized Tax Payment program will be paid in six instalments based on the taxpayer's withdrawal day being the 1st or 15th or the next business day in the months of January through June. The first PTP due date is January 2, 2025.
