BRAMPTON, ON – The City of Brampton has engaged the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) to implement erosion control and slope stabilization work within Carabram Park, along the Humber River. The project is part of the City’s watercourse erosion program that will address ongoing erosion concerns in the area by implementing measures to stabilize the channel slope and prevent further encroachment on the Humber River Recreational Trail, ensuring safety and sustainability in the area.

Temporary closures
During construction, a section of the Humber River Recreational Trail and an area of Carabram Park will be closed. These areas will be fenced off and a trail detour will be provided to minimize disruptions.
