Parking

​Parking is extremely limited on site. Residents are encouraged to walk, ride their bikes, or take public transit to the event.​

Permitted Items

The following items are PERMITTED:​

• ​Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages;
  
• Glass Containers, Coolers, Bags; – size limit?
• Tents;
• Shade structures;
• Large Umbrellas;
• Chairs;
• Blankets;
• Bicycles;
• Scooters;
• Skateboards;
• Hoverboards;
• Pets (On Leash Only);
• Wagons;
• Strollers; and
• BBQs, propane tanks, camping stoves.​​

Prohibited Items

The following items are PROHIBITED and will be confiscated by Security or Police if discovered at any point. This list is not exhaustive, and prohibited items are subject to change. PROHIBITED items include:

• ​​Weapons and/or any sharp objects (deadly weapons, sharp objects, batons, tear gas, pepper spray, tasers)
  
• Illegal drugs/substances;
• Pocket knives (including box cutters);
• Self-Defense Sprays;
• Fireworks;
• Explosives;
• Large Chains;
• Drug Paraphernalia;
• Outside alcohol;
• Drones/RPAS;
• Laser Pointers;
• Air Horns/Noise Makers;
• Ski masks and/or any other means of disguise or items meant for concealing a person's identity, other than religious headwear, medical masks and face shields;
• Smoke bombs;
• Unauthorized promotional materials/solicitation; and
• Any other item deemed by event or security staff to pose a safety risk or negatively impact the event experience.​
  

Rules and Guidelines

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following Rules and Guidelines will be in effect at all times during this event:​​

1. All ba​gs and containers are subject to search at any point during the event.
2. No unattended items may be left at security checkpoints or on the ground of the event.
3. The City of Brampton is not responsible for unattended, lost, or stolen items. Any items left at the Security checkpoint may be disposed.
4. By entering and attending this event, all participants are agreeing to abide by and adhere to these posted Rules and Guidelines, and further agree to comply with all and any instructions provided by City personnel and/or Peel Regional Police Officers.
5. Failure to comply with these Rules and Guidelines and any additional instructions provided by City personnel or Peel Regional Police Officers may result in entry being denied or expulsion from the event at any time.
