Rules governing the use of indoor and outdoor sports amenities include:

Change rooms will not be made available earlier than 30 minutes prior to the sports rental time;
Participants are expected to leave change rooms 20 minutes after the rental completion time;
Rental space should not be occupied before or after permitted start and end times;
Additional Provincial Sport Organization/National Sport Organization guidelines must be adhered to.

Rules governing the use of indoor, non-sports related room rentals:

Participants are asked to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to their room rental time, and are expected to leave by 10 minutes after the rental completion time;
All setup and cleanup/takedown time must be included and accounted for in the contract booking time;
Rental space should not be occupied before or after permitted start and end times.
