Test findings will result in the lake being open or closed. If Professor’s Lake is closed due to poor water quality, the lake will be tested daily until the water quality becomes acceptable. Adult supervision of children under the age of 10 is still required at all times.Do adults who are not participating have to buy a ticket?Yes, adults supervising a child on the water park are required to purchase a ticket at the time of booking and must be actively participating/supervising their child while on the water park.How deep is the water where the inflatable water park is located?The depth of the water at the location of the water park ranges from 20 – 30 feet.Do I have to purchase a beach ticket and a water park ticket?Your water park ticket also includes all-day admission to Professor's Lake beach.Why did the City instal an inflatable water park?The inflatable water park will provide residents a new, affordable, and fun local activity during the summer months.When will the inflatable water park be available for use?The beach, boathouse, and water park are scheduled to open on June 27, 2024, weather and conditions permitting.What is the admission policy for the inflatable water park?Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by and “within arm’s reach” of a guardian aged 14 years or older. There is an age requirement of 6+ years to be on the inflatable water park. A swim test is administered by aquatics staff to evaluate skill, comfort and confidence of participants. Participants must wear the lifejacket provided at all times while on the water park. Bathing and swimming attire is required. Missed bookings are not subject to a refund.How long does one admission ticket allow me to be on the water park?Admission tickets are valid for one hour and 50 minute time slots. 50 minute delay entry tickets are available on site if space is available. Advanced registration is recommended but not required for one or two hour time slots.
