Knightsbridge Park will be closed to facilitate two capital projects led by Peel Region:

• Wastewater sewer upgrade through Knightsbridge Park
• Chelsea Gardens affordable housing development ​on adjacent Peel-owned property

To accommodate the construction, the park is expected to be closed from Fall​ 2024 and is projected to re-open​​ in 2028.
