Bram West Secondary Plan
A Secondary Plan is a more detailed local development policies which guide growth and change in a defined area within the City. The purpose of the Bram West Secondary Plan Review is to develop a draft land use concept plan, population, and employment forecasts, to inform future policy and necessary component studies that will provide the basis for a Secondary Plan Update of the Area 40 – Bram West.
This exciting project will explore infill, and greenfield planning contexts, within the 2,488 hectare area in South West Brampton.
